Description
Circular section of 7.05 km through Grøndalsparken in Frederiksberg Municipality. The route is marked with wire flags.
Depot refreshments: Water, juice, cola, salt, banana and sweets for each lap.
There is a medal for all finishers.
DKK 100 plus card fee.
There is no changing at the race, but Flintholm Svømmehal is right at the start/finish, where there is access to toilets before the start of the race. During the race there will be a toilet approx. 6 km out on the route.
Meeting place start/finish: Grøndal playground behind Flintholm Swimming pool, Bernhard Bangs All 41. The race starts at 9:00. Meet at 8:45 for briefing and start photo.
