HELL NIGHT is an extreme race that lasts 6 hours with elements known from OCR races and extreme running events.

Your task is to complete without giving up along the way.

Who is holding Hell Night

Frederiksværk Motionscenter ApS. hosts HELL NIGHT. The story dates back to 2013 when a group of instructors and members ran the Warrior Dash. Since then we haven’t looked back – WE LOVE OCR. In 2014 we organized the first HELL NIGHT. The mission was to make a more demanding and different race/event than what we had seen before.

The group that ran the Warrior Dash in 2013 took the name Toughest Warriors and is today an OCR team of more than 40 runners. You will meet some of them at HELL NIGHT in various functions, just as their logo can be found on the medal lanyard and clothing. For us, OCR is about togetherness, fun and the ability to switch off from being too grown-up – we hope you will play along.

Traditions and innovation

There are a number of traditions surrounding Hell Night, but no two Hell Nights are the same. Innovation and distinct creativity are cultivated when the script for Hell Night is conceived.

Hell Night is designed to challenge the brain and body. The challenges are many, and often of a kind that requires a strong all-round physique, and not least a strong mind. Hell Night was first held in 2014. The participants were 20 friends, all of whom were asked directly and had no idea what they were getting into. Now Hell Night is for 100 participants. Participants come from all over Denmark, as well as from abroad.

Everyone can start, but not everyone can complete.

You are tested on your physical as well as your mental abilities.

The detailed content of Hell Night is secret, but you must be ready for all the classic elements of OCR sport

plus our special Hell Night challenges.

Hell Night lasts 6 hours - from 18:00-24:00.

You start by getting the title HELL NIGHT WARRIOR - it is then your job to keep it until 24:00, and thereby

carry it with you for the rest of your life.

You thus start HELL NIGHT with 100% confidence, it is your job not to lose it.

Our instructors and officials are with you throughout the event.

The goal is to complete. You can give up at any time, receive applause and go home – without a title, medal or t-shirt.

If you have proven your worth as a Hell Night Warrior, by completing Hell Night at least twice, you can compete as a Legend. Legends fight in gold shirts with your name on them. If you complete it, you will keep the title of Hell Night Legend. Only the toughest of the toughest are expected to be able to accomplish this.

You must be 16 years old to participate. If you are under 18, you must have your parents or guardian's signature. You participate in the event at your own risk.
