Description

The route

In 2025 there will be 2 distances, the classic 21km and a new 12km distance

The route starts from Liseleje beach and winds through Tisvilde hedge plantation.

The run is mainly on firm ground, i.e. forest and gravel paths, but there will also be parts of the route where you go outside the firm paths and run on sand and trails where the surface can vary.

Catering on the route

You will encounter liquid and energy depots on the route at approx. 3km, 7km, 12km & 17km.

Start and finish in Liseleje at Hansens Ishus, also called "The Yellow Ice House"

Toilets on the route are available at 7 km, 12 & 21km

Everyone is welcome and with a time limit of 4 hours, most people can join in and have a beautiful experience in the fantastic nature

Timing with chip

Your electronic chip is inserted into your start number which you must wear visibly during the entire race.

The start number will be handed out on the race day itself between 10 am and 10 pm. 8.30 - 9.25

Live result display

There will be LIVE timing with intermediate times on the route so family and friends can always follow and see how far you are and when they should be ready in the finish area and celebrate you when you cross the finish line.

The official time in the result list is measured as net time, i.e. the time from you crossing the start line to you crossing the finish line.

The time limit is 4 hours.

Medal

There are medals for the first 100 registered and there will also be spring water, soda and of course Hansen ice cream when you reach the finish line.

Your personal diploma can be printed directly from the result list and there will be both pictures from our photographers that will be ready within a few days after the race.

Race prizes*

There will be race prizes for the 3 first to cross the finish line from each gender.

1. 1st place: DKK 500*

2nd place: DKK 300*

3rd place: DKK 150*

The winners are the runners who cross the finish line first (gross time)
