A varied and hilly race, where the terrain offers smaller forest paths, tracks and passages with good elevation gain. The run offers great variety and many impressions in the old gravel pit. Run along a marked route on forest paths, tracks and the challenges of nature.
Coffee, tea, cocoa and something good after the race.
We are looking forward to a challenging and pleasant afternoon with good atmosphere, support for the runners and not least \"afterrun\" " in and around the bonfire.

The race is very varied and combines smaller paths, tracks, off-road and various passages in the terrain with various climbs in the exciting nature of Vrangeskov.
The price is DKK 50 regardless of distance for adults and children.
The start is at 14 from the shelter and bonfire site.
