Christmas Run - Team Førslev Exercise

Start at 9:00 Half Marathon.

start at 10:00 - 10 km, 5 km and children's race 1.6 km

The 10.6 km route - which is DAF-measured, is run twice for the half marathon. Is a relatively flat trip with 2 minor climbs, asphalt all the way, along fields in open country. (the route is good for a PR. in all our races we have had at least 1 new PR in the half marathon)

5.7 km is an almost flat route on asphalt also good for a PR.

The 1.6 km children's route is on asphalt and round in Førslev

Depot: large depot for everyone at the start - and in the finish area which is passed after a round of either 10.6 km or 5.7. As well as fluids on the 10 km route. At the finish line there are warm apple slices, hot mulled wine or hot cocoa, a bottle of water, fruit, and coffee/tea.

Run with us, count in klub100. We have a participant list on the website before the race, and a results list after the race.

You are welcome to walk the 1.6 km, 5 km, 10 km and half marathon routes, but there is a maximum time of 4 hours, from the first start.

Possibility to change clothes, but no possibility to shower.

There are 2 toilets

price 125 DKK including a specially designed Christmas medal in steel.

A beautiful medal in steel of approx. 8 x 8 cm, with the distance printed on the ribbon

NOTE! Last registration with the Christmas medal is 13/12 at 8:00 PM. If you register after that, you will receive our standard Førslev medal.

Without medal 50 DKK.

If you just want to run or walk, and do not want a medal

10 DKK per participant goes to the Danish Christmas Stamp Homes
