Description
The Kongsvingermila is a cross-country race organized in connection with the Kongsvinger Marathon. The 10 km trail follows the main forest marathon trail from the start for 4.2 km and has the same stretch as the marathon trail for the last 2.9 km. The middle part of 2.9 km is only for Kongsvingermila. There are 3 refreshment stations along the way.
The Kongsvinger Marathon is organized over two days with a half marathon and marathon on Saturday and 10 km and 4.2 km on Sunday. In addition, a children's run is organized on both days.
