Kristiansund Havmaraton

Description

Kristiansund Havmaraton is a running festival that offers a different and unique running experience. The courses run along quays and the maritime environment, over rocky outcrops and through coastal heather in the flood zone while the waves crash over land and the sea spray stands.

The half-marathon course follows the edge of the islands of Gomalandet and Skorpa all the way and you literally run on the shore. 10 km follows the same route from about halfway to the finish, while 5 km follows a separate track over the rocky slopes on the north side of Gomalandet.

There are classes for both active and exercisers and after the race there is a banquet in the Kulturfabrikken in the evening with food served.
