Description

Kvalheimmila is an "exercise run on a track", where exercisers and athletes gather under the floodlights at Bislett for a persebonanza of 5 km and 10 km.

The arena is rigged with a screen for passing times, fast-paced music, an audience tent with food service in the outermost lanes, drink stations and other details that ensure a good framework for fast runs.
