Lone Friis's 50th birthday race in collaboration with 5400 Cannonball.

Krogen 1, 5400 Bogense. The route is a marked route of 10.6 km. The race is mainly on asphalt.

Marathon start for those who spend more than 4.30 hours at 8 am.

Marathon start at 9 am.

Half marathon at 9.30 am. There is NO possibility to start earlier, as it is about the social aspect of celebrating my birthday.

Price DKK 100 regardless of distance, as there will be a special medal and 3rd half afterwards.

Payment on MobilePay 21955055. Remember distance, date and name (and time for MT).

The birthday person expects to be at the finish line at approx. 12.45 - 1 pm where there will be a small celebration with some goodies.

There is only a special medal for the first 50. After that it is normal. medals.
