Mud Race Fredericia 2025 Ladies and gentlemen - are you ready for a fun challenge! Mud Race Fredericia is ready with the Ladies Mud Race and Mix Mud Race! You will have to crawl and climb, run and swim (wade). You will definitely be tired and worn out, as the route and obstacles are quite tough, but also made so that with a reasonable level of fitness you should be able to complete them. The venue will be right in front of Fredericia Sports Center. There are good access conditions. There are nice parking spaces right up to the venue. Lovely shower and toilet facilities at the swimming pool. Possibility of overnight stays "on the piste" at Hotel Fredericia and Fredericia Hostel. Approx. 7.5 km trail-like route with natural and constructed obstacles. The area that Fredericia Firmaidræt has fallen in love with is a very hilly area with both forest, lake, stream, meadows and wetlands. Madsbyparken is a scenic and hilly area in the middle of Fredericia. But don't be fooled by the beauty. Most of the race will take place "Off piste", the area is uneven and hides natural surprises. If nature doesn't have enough challenges, we have made obstacles ourselves, so you will use your whole body. You will come through meadows and forests, lakes and swamps with clay stuck to your body. All your senses will be stressed, the smell of the damp mud, the taste of lake water, blisters on your hands and muscle fatigue. To ensure a good running experience for everyone, participants are divided into starting groups that are selected upon registration. Please note: The starting times are indicative and can vary by up to 30 minutes forward or backward. This is because the final starting time depends on the total number of people registered. You will receive an email with the exact starting time no later than one week before the race day. Participant requirements: You must be 15 years of age or older to participate. Participation is at your own risk, and Fredericia Fag og Firmaidrætsforbund cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by yourself or other participants. T-shirt is not included in the price, but can be purchased in the f. m. Registration. This year's T-shirt is specially designed for the Mud Race. On the back there will be a slogan chosen from feedback on Facebook. The T-shirt is functional and 100% polyester. What you get for your money: Plenty of water, mud and other obstacles, you get timing and photo service, fluids along the way, a nice Mud Race medal, fluids when you reach the finish line, a hot bath and of course also bragging rights…. maybe.  How many start numbers are there? A total of 1000 pieces are sold for the Ladies Mud Race!  A total of 500 pieces are sold for the Mix Mud Race!  There are a lot of raffle prizes that will be drawn at the finish line. You will be given your start number w/chip and possibly purchased T-shirt on race day at the race secretariat - however, there will also be the possibility to pick up your start number on Friday.
