Lierløpet

Description

The Lierløpet is a low-threshold carousel where exercisers can meet elite runners on a lightning-fast track. Both those who have just started running and keen running geeks are welcome.

The Lier race takes place in the increasingly well-known and fast Linnesrunden. The race takes place on wide walkways and is well used by runners and exercisers throughout the Drammen area. Even Filip Ingebrigtsen has taken part here to test the competition form and in May 2022 Ina Halle Haugen set a new Norwegian record for juniors on this particular course.
