_**The Rotary Club of Bal Harbour and Bal Harbour Police Department is excited to announce our 9th Annual 5K Race/Walk will be held on**_

** _ _Sunday, February 8th, 2026_!_**

**About the Race**

This event is a major fundraiser towards the Chief Mark N. Overton and Chief Miguel “Mike” De La Rosa Scholarship Fund, which will provide academic or police academy scholarships for those aspiring for a career in law enforcement or pursuing an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice or Public Administration. **Packet Pick-Up**

Packet pick-up will be held on Saturday, February 7th from 3pm - 6pm at

_Bal Harbour Waterfront Park_

_18 Bal Bay Drive, Bal Harbour, FL 33154_

You will be able to pick-up a packet for a friend or family member here. _It is strongly encouraged to attend packet pick-up as the crowds on race day will be large and we want to avoid long lines._

**T-Shirts & Medals**

All participants will receive a t-shirt, finisher medal & giveaways from our sponsors!

**Awards**

Awards will be given to the top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers and the top 3 male & female finishers in each age group:

5 & Under, 6-10, 11-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over.

**Timing**

This race will be chip timed by Southern Timing, LLC. Southern Timing will be providing live results complete with an individual results page which includes your results, finisher certificate & a 20 second clip of you crossing the start & finish line!
