Description
Everyone can join the Royal Run – regardless of age or fitness level. You can choose to walk or run the distances One mile (1.6 km), 5 km and 10 km, and on the popular Family Mile, children, young people, adults and the elderly can follow each other, as wheelchairs, strollers and prams are welcome. Something special about the Royal Run is that for 32 percent of the participants, the Royal Run is their very first exercise event. This makes the Royal Run an important step on the way to motivating more people to do sports and exercise.
Almost 92,000 Danes participated in the world's largest Royal exercise event in 2022, where Aalborg, Aarhus, Kolding, Næstved, Copenhagen and Bornholm formed the setting.
The Crown Prince continues the success and invites to the Royal Run in Horsens, Korsør, Ribe, Viborg and Copenhagen.
