SFT - Skåne Frozen Trail

YOU haven't run a race / a competition for several weeks, YOU have Lucia, Christmas, New Year's Eve and even sports holiday week behind you ( it was hard  ) and ... Easter is coming soon ... what are you going to do now? How about a nice nice round in the forest ... or 2?

A 30 KM round on the Skåneleden and other nice trails in the Snogeholm hiking area seems about right. 

We have ordered some snow, a couple of minus degrees and a lot of sun!

If you think one lap is not enough and want to run an ultra race, then you have the chance to run 2 laps ... 2 st 30km laps (SFT 60) or a 30K lap + a 20K lap (shortened version of 30)!

Of course you are in or?

SFT is a competition but as usual with Trail running you are competing against yourself... and not against others or the clock.

We'll wait for you until you reach the finish line ... before it gets dark!!!

Great prizes for the Top 3 in the Ladies and Men's class and more ...

Track stretch :

Distance:     30 KM - 505m D+ / 60 KM - 1010m D+ / NEW in 2025 50 KM (30+20) - 830 D+

Where :             Snogeholm (Start and finish at Gydarp cabin - NEW START PLACE)

When:            01/03

                   SFT 60 - 60 km:  at 8.30 (rep time at 12.30 during the lap)

                   SFT 50 - 50 km: at 9.00 - nice ultra without rope time ;-)

                   SFT 30 - 30 km: at 10.00

Why:      Because it will be fun!

How:           With or without running shoes, with or without support, without poles

Included in the registration fees:

- A nice and well-marked 30K course incl. electronic timing

- A manned VK station with food and drinks (at KM 15/45) and an extra VK at the finish area for 50 and 60 km runners

- Warm cabin with toilet / shower (even better than in 2024)

- Soup (also hot!) with bread or similar at the finish

- A useful finisher gift (no, no medal)

... at least 30,000/50,000/60,000 steps

Registration fee: SEK 425 / SEK 585 / 625 - Limited number of places!!!

Mandatory equipment: rescue blanket + mobile phone

Should you want to stay near the start/finish the night before or after the race, it is fine to book a room/cabin at Destination Snogeholm. 

General

Registration is binding after payment. As organizers, we recommend that you take out insurance that will compensate you when you miss competitions due to injury and illness. For example, Folksam's sports race insurance or Startklar.
