Skaubygdaløpet

Description

The Skaubygdaløpet is organized on hiking trails in Nordre Frogn. Trail lengths with timing are 21.1 km and 7.1 km. The trails have a challenging height profile with a lot of climbing in the first 3 km and this is not where you set personal records for the distance. On the longest distance, there are 6 drinking stations along the way with both water and energy drinks. In addition, bananas are served at two of the stations.

An "Open trail" is also offered in the period 1 June to 15 September, where you run on your own. Everyone who completes the "Open race" receives the same prize as for an ordinary race and is registered in the statistics of completed participations.
