(Swimming in the lake after the race?)

A "relatively fast course" at Lake Sövde (the MTB track): a mixture of gravel road, forest path and sand ... without asphalt of course!!!

Slightly hilly and moderately technical course that allows you to run quite fast (if you want)!

Do you want to test your ability to combine your speed and your running strategy, then this is absolutely the right race for you!

The lap is 1 km (Light Trail) and you should run as many times as you can or the clock stops you!

Will anyone be able to run 20K?

You'll probably have time for at least 10K ;-)
