Tampere Marathon

Description

You can choose to run a marathon, a half maraton, a quarter marathon (10,5 km) or participate in a marathon relay. Marathon relay is run in teams of four (4). Childen have their own Minimarathon at Tampere Stadium.

The course runs through a beautiful arboretum by Lake Pyhäjärvi, by Tammerkoski river to Lake Näsijärvi, and around Tampere city center. The course is very scenic, relatively fast and mostly asphalt (7 km) and partly on dirt roads (3,5 km). The route will be officially inspected again before the event.
