A warm welcome to the TCS Lidingö race Junior & Veteran - the race for all young and experienced! Here you can stretch your legs on the classic scenic paths around Grönsta Gärde on Lidingö.
Classes:
M50 / M60 / M70 / M80 - men, distance depending on age group
K50 / K60 / K70 /K80 - women, distance depending on age group
F17/F19 - girls 17 or 19 years, 10 km
P17/P19 - boys 17 or 19 years, 10 km
M22/K22 - men 15 km 22 years/women 10 km 22 years
Welcome to the world's biggest off-road race - TCS Lidingöloppet! The race is known for being as challenging as it is varied. The tough and beautiful course has been one of Sweden's great running challenges since its inception in 1965, a true test of strength for all runners – elite as well as exercisers. Here, flat meadows and dirt roads alternate with sloping paths and steep uphills.
To tackle this hilly 30 km course, you should be equipped with a good dose of stamina. You get the reward when you sprint to the finish line and can celebrate your achievement.
At the TCS Lidingö race you experience something out of the ordinary on soft tracks in fantastic nature! And for those who want to run a slightly shorter race, in addition to 30 km, we have adult distances of 4 km, 10 km and 15 km as alternatives.
