Welcome to the most beautiful off-road race in Trondheim.

Embark on a journey through the breathtaking wilderness of Trondheim at the Trondheim Skogsmaraton – the most beautiful off-road race in the city. Born in October 2019 as part of the terrain carousel of Bedriftsidretten, this event quickly gained success and became a standalone race in 2020. In 2021, we proudly welcomed 845 participants, and now, we invite you to join the adventure in 2024!

Challenging Courses:

🏃‍♀️ Half Marathon: Conquer a demanding terrain with a total elevation gain of 520 meters. A true test of your endurance amid the stunning Bymarka landscapes.

🏃‍♂️ Quarter Marathon: A gentler course for those seeking a slightly kinder challenge, yet still surrounded by the beauty of cross-country trails.

Trail Highlights:

🌲 Scenic Paths: Navigate through picturesque cross-country trails, surrounded by the natural beauty of Trønder. The race starts and finishes at the Nilsbyen Ski Stadium.

🌍 Terrain Variety: Experience a mix of paths, dirt roads, and a touch of asphalt at the start, offering a diverse and engaging race surface.

🥤 Hydration Stations: While we provide drink stations along the way, we recommend bringing your own drink in a rucksack or vest to stay refreshed.
