Description

Två Sjöar Runt's course extends around the two beautiful bird lakes Lötsjön in Sundbyberg and Råstasjön in Solna. Either the runners run one lap around Lötsjön (2.2 km) or one (5.5 km), two (10.9 km) or three (16.2 km) laps around the two lakes.

The courses are winter-maintained by the city of Sundbybergs and Solna and are excellent for running training on, even if there has been a lot of snow in the Stockholm area.
