Description
Classic scenic course along the sea and forest east of Karlshamn. Start and finish at Vägga sports ground. 4 km is one lap on a cycle path. 10km and Half Marathon are turn-around tracks, partly on a lightly trafficked road. Lap for Half Marathon inside Vägga Sports Ground. Children's race is one lap, 400 m on the running tracks (starting fee 50:- Cotton t-shirt and shirt painting included).
10km and Half Marathon Exercise and Competition class. 4km only Exercise and Walking.
We refer to the Swedish Athletics Federation's recommended minimum age of 17 years for participation in the Half Marathon. Maximum time 1.5 hours for the first 10km of the Half Marathon.
