Give vent to all your spring feelings through a cross-country race - welcome to Vårmilen!

Vårmilen is the start of the off-road season and a fantastic opportunity to get the running year started. The race is decided according to tradition during the Walborg fair weekend and every year attracts hundreds of runners to challenge the Lidingö race course of 5 or 10 kilometers.

The spring mile has been called "one of Stockholm's most beautiful mile courses", and with good reason. During the race, you run on winding forest roads in incomparable landscapes, along forests, meadows and the archipelago coast. The course is sometimes hilly, but mostly runs on soft tracks, which makes the race a slow start to the running season.

If you want to warm up for the autumn's TCS Lidingö race, the Spring Mile is the perfect opportunity when you get to try both the Lidingö running deck and can be seen for the starting groups in September.
