Vegan Run #10 Skandaleløbet

Description

We can probably squeeze in a single little four-night race again.

The theme of this race is scandals. I am in no way ashamed to come from Randers, but I must also admit that we wallow in shit cases here in the city.

Tonight we will pass a scandal-ridden nursing home and before the start I will give a short presentation about the very tragic case, that once again put Randers on the world map of shame.

But now to the important part:

Meeting place: Garage number 24 at the community center Fortunavej 64.

We start at 5.15 p.m. Write if the time doesn't suit, then we'll look up early/late start as well.

We need another half in the book and we'll get that by running 3 rounds of just over 7 km. The usual on lighted paths and roads. The route will be marked with chalk arrows and a little flag.

As always, there is a depot with everything the heart could desire from sweet, salty and soft drinks. You get a medal as well as the option of a print-yourself diploma and if you come from far away you are welcome to take a shower afterwards.

We comply with the Klub 100 rules and the race is therefore also advertised on Runagain and Exerciseskalender.
