Vegan Run #11 Fyraftensløb + suppe

Description

Come and get another half marathon in the books!

Autumn, darkness and cold are never an excuse not to run. But it is now more pleasant when we run together, so come and meet other happy runners.

Where and when: We meet in my garage no. 24 opposite the shared house Fortunavej 64, 8960 Randers SØ.

Parking is outside at the bottom of Minervavej.

Start at 5.00 p.m. Write if you would like to run a little earlier.

How: You pay DKK 60 to mobilepay 2746XM

After that you will be written on the participant list and then it's just a matter of turning up and running. When registering, please state whether you want to eat with us.

What: you get a medal and the option of a print-your-own diploma.

The race is of course included in the club 100 half-marathon and is therefore also published on runagain

We run it usual evening route of 7 km. The route will be marked with a little flag and lots of chalk arrows, and it is a really, really good idea to have a reflector and headlamp on. We run on asphalt and along lighted paths and roads.

Everything else:

You have the option to borrow my bathroom for changing and if you come from a long way you are also welcome to take a shower.

Before you drive home, I offer on a portion of power soup so you can regain strength and get warm. We will eat inside.

The race will only take place if a minimum of 5 people start the half-marathon.

It is also possible to run laps if you prefer.

If the race is canceled due to too few participants, you will get your money back. If the weather makes it impossible to run, the race will be moved to another date.

There will of course be a depot with sweet and salty + something to drink.
