Vegan Run #4 - Fyraftensløb

Description

I just need a four-night run this week and would love to have some company. We run a half marathon. Rounds of 7 km and also the possibility of laps. There will be a depot with water, cola, sweets and chips along the way and afterwards a cup of coffee and cake. Diploma and medals for everyone. Max number of participants: 15. As the race has been announced a little late, I have not had the opportunity to have personal medals made with your name on them, but you will of course get a new one for the collection.

The route will be marked with flags, arrows and strips and we run along lighted roads and paths.

We run according to club 100 rules and the race is also advertised on Runagain and Motionskalender.dk

Place: In my garage opposite the communal house at Fortunavej 60, 8960 Randers SØ.

There will be an opportunity to change clothes and a toilet and if you have a long way home I will also give you a bath.

The race will only take place with a minimum of 5 participants at the start. In case of cancellation of the race you will of course get your money back.
