Vegan Run #8 Panikløb

Description

HELP! Then it's crazy again. I need a four-night run this week and there's nothing else for it but to make one myself.

We meet in my garage on Fortunavej 24, just opposite the community house.

We have to run laps of 7 km along lighted paths and roads. The route will be marked with chalk arrows and flags.

There is a depot with sweet and salty food and something to drink.

And of course there is a medal and the option of a print-it-yourself diploma.

After the race, I invite you inside for a bit hot dinner and if you want a shower before you drive home, you are welcome to borrow my bathroom.

We run according to club 100 rules and there is of course a nice medal for everyone. The race and results are also published on Runagain.

Max number of participants: 15. When registering, please state whether you plan to eat with them.

The race will only be completed if a minimum of 5 people start.
