Distance: 3.3 km (one lap) – 6 km (two laps)

Course description

Start and finish at the life buoy at Andredammen 1.

Out the gate and through the underpass 2.

To the left onto the path after Tredjedammen 3.

Hard left at Femtedammen 4. Follow the gravel road up to Hortensveien, and turn right after the underpass 5. Hard left towards Kjellelia, cross the bike path, and continue on the path. Hard left, steeply up towards the water tower 6.

Down a couple of bends, along the north side of Mayer Stadium, down between the halls.

Down at pond 7, turn left for round two, right towards the finish.
