Have you tripped before and feel stiff in your ankles? Then this exercise can help you.

Guide

Sit with your lower leg hanging straight down. Write the letters of the alphabet with your foot hanging freely in the air. Write first uppercase letters, and then lowercase letters. Compared to just drawing circles, you want to write through the letters of the alphabet be through all the movements that are possible in the various joints the ankle consists of.
