Strength exercise for the foot trains the muscles in the foot, the plantar fascia and between the toes. We call the exercise for "toe-toe".

Problemstilling

Do you often have cramps under your feet, or do you feel weak in your muscles? Then this is a nice strength exercise that can help.

Guide

Place a rubber band around the toes, so that you get suitable resistance. Keep your toes extended for 5 seconds and repeat the exercise 5 times. It is normal that at the beginning they go a little in all directions as you do not train these muscles so often. It is also common for you to get a bit of a cramping sensation under the foot, as these are muscles that are rarely used challenger. An excellent exercise for those who want to become a better runner.
