Stiff neck, or do you feel that the posture in the neck is not good? This exercise is absolutely great for loosening up tension that settles in the lower part of the neck and upper part of the thoracic spine. In this area it can develop stiffness that is often described as "buffalo hump".
Guide
Start with a good attitude. Move your arm and head apart as far as you can, and slowly drop down. Do the exercise alternately 10 times to each side.
