An exceptional opportunity awaits an ambitious Global Sales Manager with a proven sales record at RunAgain.com. If you're driven by the prospect of contributing to a rapidly growing platform, this is your launchpad. Our platform currently aids race organizers across 16 countries in attracting more runners - a number set to soar with your involvement 🚀.

Your primary responsibility will involve selling our marketing services to race organizers. Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored packages to boost participation, are key aspects of your role. Our range of marketing services include exposure on RunAgain.com, social media, newsletters, video content, ambassador programs, and more.

Based in Lillestrøm, we utilize digital tools to connect with race organizers worldwide. As our potential clients are primarily non-Norwegian speakers, fluency and comfort in English, along with a flexible work style, is essential. Joining our team means working in a dynamic, ambitious environment that values collaborative effort and high quality. We strive to be global leaders in our space, and your contribution will be a vital part of our mission.

We envision you as a goal-driven, self-motivated individual with a commercial acumen and a keen eye for business opportunities. You possess a hands-on approach, meticulous attention to detail, and a knack for identifying potential customers. With robust communication skills, you interact effectively across all levels. You are a team player eager to learn, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization abilities to meet tight reporting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, specifically selling projects
  • Experience with CRM tools, e.g. SuperOffice
  • Excellent written and oral English skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with the sports/running business/marketplace is desirable.

The right candidate will be allowed to take part in future equity opportunities.

Workplace - Lillestrøm, located right outside Oslo, Norway. There is opertunities for a hybrid workplace model.
