Physical Performance Optimization with FlexBeam

Our Physical Performance Optimization Protocol is designed to enhance your physical performance and recovery from intense physical exertion. High-intensity exercise requires repeated muscle contractions, which often result in diminished muscle performance (peripheral muscle fatigue). Mitochondria-rich muscle cells play a pivotal role in this process. Scientific research has demonstrated that exposure to red and near-infrared light can directly stimulate mitochondria. Unlike thermal mechanisms, these wavelengths exert a photochemical effect, contributing to the improvement of oxygen consumption and ATP synthesis. It amplifies all biochemical activities integral to muscle cell functioning, thereby influencing processes such as fatigue, recovery, and repair from damage through the modulation of cellular energy metabolism, particularly in mitochondria and phosphocreatine resynthesis.

Simply put, there is a tangible positive impact on muscular endurance, fatigue resistance, and recovery from strenuous physical exercises. When you are engaged in pre-conditioning, consider incorporating the following steps into your routine:

Frequency:

Using FlexBeam approximately one hour before your workout or competition, introducing occasional breaks. This should be a part of your warm-up routine.

Program Duration:

Each cycle is designed to last for 10 minutes. A complete session involves 3 - 4 placements of the FlexBeam device. The total exposure time is 30 - 40 minutes before physical activity.
