We are only 24 days away from the world's largest half marathon, the Gothenburg Lap, on May 13, 2023. Many of RunAgain's ambassadors are participating. Most of them for the first time, but some have participated several times before.

I haven't participated in Göteborgsvarvet before. This will be my second international race, so it will be extra fun and motivating! I hope to achieve a personal record in the half marathon since Göteborgsvarvet is one of the world's largest half marathons, so I'm in hard training now!
I'm a bit like Petter Northug; the more Swedes I beat, the better. It's always fun with a national competition, even if it's not at the elite level. I hope to run a good race in a beautiful city with a lot of excitement along the course. I'm hoping for a nice course with lots of people and good vibes, so let's cross our fingers for good weather and a good time!

Hello!
My name is Theresé Flensén, a mother of two from Lidköping, Sweden.
I run an average of 7-8 miles per week and use running as a way to relax and energize myself in my daily life. It's important for me to incorporate running into my daily routine; it should be just as important as doing other household chores like cleaning, grocery shopping, and cooking.
Soon, it's time for me to step up to the starting line at Göteborgsvarvet for the third time! It's going to be so much fun to experience the atmosphere that this great race brings, a celebration from start to finish! There are cheers all along the course, and when you're the most tired along Avenyn, people are standing along the entire street or sitting at the outdoor cafes, cheering you on. The finish line and the feeling of running into Slottskogsvallen are magical! And the last 100 meters, your feet are just gliding along.
I'm looking forward to a fantastic day and to crossing the finish line in 1:30-1:35 on this somewhat challenging but wonderful course through beautiful Gothenburg! Will I see you at the starting line?
