Arena Nord Spring Race 2024

Training for all...

With the subtitle "Training for all..." yes, we mean everyone when we invite you to training in Frederikshavn, in connection with Arena Nord's Spring Fair which is exactly the same weekend and the popular Vårmessen is held at the same address.

The race offers several different distances, from 5 km. and 10 km. and of course they can also be worn with a pair of normal shoes and without too much sportswear. We call that distance WALK

For those who want to challenge themselves a little more, there is a ½ Marathon with 4 laps in the city.

Furthermore, we invite the public on a beautiful but hilly cycle route of 35 km.

Here will we be warned in advance that you will reach the height and will several times experience a super beautiful view over the Kattegat and the city of Frederikshavn.

The 35 km cycle route. is also particularly suitable for a trip on the electric bike.

Start times:

- 09:00 - ½ Marathon

- 09:30 - 5 + 10 km WALKING

- 09:45 - 35 km. Bicycle (especially suitable for electric bicycles)

- 10:00 - 10 km.

- 10:15 - 5 km.

The routes:

- ½ Marathon - 4 laps of 5 km. + a final prologue of 1.1 km.

- 10 km - 2 laps of 5 km.

- 5 km - 1 lap of 5 km.

- 35 km Bicycle - 1 lap of 35 km.
