\ n This is the day when Løb 4 Sagen holds a running party for....The founder / Initiator / Primusmotoren and Chairman Dan H Kristensen.

This is the day when Dan prepares for version 6.5 and also the day when he runs his Half Marathon R 200\ n

Come and join us in celebrating this Primus engine which works 100% for value-based exercise that makes a difference to other people......

The race has its base in Sæby's lovely Kulturhus Manegen.\ n

The race itself has a start and finish on the forecourt at Manegen. We get around the western city on a circuit of 5.3 km which is almost flat.

It is possible to run or walk several distances..everything from a half marathon to a small.... and very nice walking route of 2.5 km and a even shorter distance..of only 800 m also called.. Half Mile.

All participants can service themselves from the depot which is located at the start and finish area.

After the race, it is possible to refuel at the depots. Inside the Manegen, everything is covered for fun and various good nutrients.

Foreningen Løb 4 Sagen Nonprofit has a slogan... Space for all and use for all.....

This has resulted in a larger amount which helps to make a difference in, among other things. cancer research.

Løb 4 Sagen saw the light of day in 2021 and has since donated over DKK 250,000

Catering: One of Dan's life dishes.......A Danish classic... Homemade meatballs, potato salad, bread, butter and homemade sour and of course fried sausages.

To wash it down, there will be Beer / Soda / Coffee and more....(we promise... no one goes home with a growling stomach)
