Endelave Cannonball løb/walk 🐰☀️

Description

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT 🤗:

A unique run/walk in fantastic surroundings where there is primarily flat terrain, lots of rabbits and other wildlife.

Truly a unique experience that runners/walkers need to experience 😎.

There will be a maximum of 200 starting numbers in total.

Registration deadline is 14 August at the latest to get a medal. Registration is then also possible, but then without a medal.

There will be the following distances where it is possible to walk or run:

Half marathon starts at 11:30.

Out along Kongevejen, a short distance along Havhornet, to the right along Lynger, left by the forest, past Louisenlund, left along Havhornet, right up Kongevejen, 2* right around Upper, into Strandvejen, left along Kongevejen and you are at the finish line.

Approx. 11.5 km start at 11:45.

Out onto Kongevejen, right road around Upper, into Strandvejen, left onto Kongevejen and you are at the finish line.

Approx. 6.5 km start at 12:00.

Out onto Kongevejen, into Strandvejen, left onto Kongevejen and you are at the finish line.

Approx. 3 km start at 12:00

Out onto Kongevejen, left onto Mariesvej (markvej), left onto Strandvejen, left onto Kongevejen and you are at the finish line.

There is a Race briefing described above under each distance and 10 minutes before the race start on the day of the race.

Running/walking on firm ground, a mixture of asphalt and gravel maybe a little uneven in places, watch out for rabbit holes 🐰.

There will be a unique and specially designed medal, as well as depot with various necessary snacks etc. at start/finish 🏁. There will be a water post at Øvre which will be passed on all the routes except the 3 km route 🚰.

REGISTRATION:

You write an SMS to me (Amalie) on 21797007 with your full name and desired distance.

Only upon confirmation on has got a place, the start fee is transferred.

The start fee is DKK 100 which is transferred via mobile pay to box no. 8804YT (Endelave Cannonball run)

The association Endelave School is so kind to sponsor local (gym) so there is possibility of bag storage (at your own risk) and dry weather 👍🏻.

Possibility of toilet: Yep, both at the harbor, in the school yard and at the lunch box house which is approx. 1 km. Out on the route, there are public toilets 🚽🌟.

Bathing/changing: We have been given permission by the Harbor Master to use the bathrooms at the harbor 🚿. Bring your own soap and towel.

There is parking on site, but encourage to leave the car in Snaptun. Parking possible at the harbor or at the long-term parking a short kilometer away.

You run at your own risk, but take care of each other out on the routes 🙏🏻.

Since the phone signal is fluctuating on the island, I recommend that, if you use music while running, so download it before arrival 🎵🎶.

Run according to club 100 half-marathon and Danish half-marathon/marathon club's rules:

Automatic stop on the watch must be switched off during the entire race.

The ferry sails from Snaptun at 9:45 (you must be there 10 minutes earlier).

Arrival at Endelave at 10:55.

It is 700 meters from the ferry to the start/finish area at Endelave School.

The ferry sails from Endelave at 16:05.

Arrival at Snaptun 17:15.

Prices for ferry tickets round-trip: Adult DKK 56, pensioner (over 64) DKK 44, child 4-15 DKK 10.
