Find your running shoes and join the FIL-Mila in Lørenskog on Sunday 16 June! The event is perfect for all young and old who are fond of running and exercise. Fjellhammer IL invites you to the FIL-mila in collaboration with Losby Gods. Bring your family and friends and participate in this year's big running party in Lørenskog. Choose between:
Filius children's run (approx. 400M)
3 km
10 km (with and without timing)
The running routes have been added to Losby and the entrance to the beautiful Østmarka National Park with perfect terrain for running and exercise. In addition to the race, there will be a barbecue and drink station with the opportunity to buy something good to eat and drink. We promise a good atmosphere and lots of running fun! In addition, there will be entertainment and a motivational boost for the children with our great mascot Filius.
The FIL mile is run to raise income for the children's and youth venture of Fjellhammer sports club in Lørenskog.
