Description
Frederikssund half marathon runs in one long route, which offers an incredibly beautiful and varied experience in both landscape and terrain. Races always take place on firm ground, i.e. asphalt, forest and gravel paths. You will find liquid and energy depots on the 4 km, 8 km, 12 km and 16 km sections.
Start and finish are in Frederikssund Strandpark with direct access to the beach and with a view of the fjord and Crown Princess Mary's bridge. Everyone is welcome and with a time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes, most people can join and have a good experience.

Timing with chip
Your electronic chip has been inserted into your start number, which you must wear visibly throughout the race.
The start number will be handed out on the day of the race itself in the start/finish area between 8.30 - 9.20
Live result display
There will be LIVE timing with intermediate times on the route so that family and friends can always follow along and see how far you are and when they should be ready to celebrate you when you cross the finish line.
The official time in the results list is measured as net time, i.e. the time from when you cross the start line to when you cross the finish line.
The time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Medal
All runners get a nice Frederikssund half-marathon medal in metal as well as a spring water, soft drink, some fruit and some extra mixed deliciousness when they reach the finish line.
Your personal diploma can be printed directly from the results list and there will be both a finish video and pictures from our photographers who are ready inside a few days after the race.
Race prizes
There will be race prizes for the first 3 to cross the finish line from each gender.
1st place: DKK 1,000*
2nd place: DKK 500*\ n 3rd place: DKK 250*
* if there are 100 participants, if there are fewer, the percentage is calculated from there.
The winners are the runners who cross the finish line first (gross time)
