Furesø Løbefest

Description

Furesø Running Festival is a summer festival where, after walking or running one of the routes, you have the opportunity to enjoy yourself together with a lot of other exercisers.

The routes go around or along Lake Farum in some of North Zealand's most beautiful nature. They walk on residential roads, over fields, over two small bridges, over fields, in forests, on dirt roads and on narrow trails. The organizer has been allowed to close most of the roads, so that the runners don't have to zig-zag between the cars!

The routes are precisely measured and marked with exact markings for every kilometer. There will be signposts along the routes and liquid depots, so you can refuel a bit along the way. The liquid depots have water and energy drinks. There is fruit, a medal, a marketplace and live music at the finish line.
