H3 Hamar HOKA Vårløp

Description

Already in the 80s, a marathon was run in Hamar.

We wanted to brush the dust off this event and 2018 was the start of the "H3 Hamar HOKA Marathon".

In 2019 we organized yet another race - this time at spring, so that everyone got off to a good start with the running season. It was called "H3 Hamar HOKA Vårløp".

In the 2020 season we expanded both "H3 Hamar HOKA Vårløp" and "H3 Hamar HOKA Marathon" with the shorter distance of 5 km.

In Hamar's streets we will excite, create community and give the participants a feeling of mastery

Sunday 6 April 2025 with distances of 5 km and 10 km.

Running conditions:

Flat and fine, sections with gravel and asphalt. There can be both dry and wet sections, depending on the weather in the last few days before the race. Bring extra socks and shoes.

Start and finish:

Skibladnerbrygga in Hamar.

Timetable:

10km

At 10.30–11.00 Start number distribution/ post-report 10km – Skibladnerbrygga.

At 11.00 Start 10 km, 2 laps – Skibladnerbrygga.

5km

At 12.30–13.00 Start number distribution/ post-report 5km – Skibladnerbrygga.

At 13.00 Start 5 km, 1 lap – Skibladnerbrygga

It is also possible to pick up start numbers on Sport1 at CC-Stadion on Saturday 6 April.

There is a prize from HOKA for the fastest runner in both 5km and 10km in the women's and men's classes.

In addition, there are two raffle prizes from HOKA and two from H3 Hamar.

n All those who finish are celebrated as winners and receive a medal when they reach the finish line.

About the course:

The running course takes place mainly on asphalt and gravel. The route is almost flat with its 44m elevation gain.

The route is fast and invites many personal records.
