If possible, costs DKK 100. We take mobilepay and cash.

Timing:

A number is issued, which must be worn visibly when crossing the finish line, we use web scorer for registration.

Route and distances:

A 5 kilometer circuit is run, which can be completed 1, 2 or 3 times, corresponding to 5, 10 or 15 kilometres. The route varies slightly over time, to adapt to the forest, the seasons and possibly requirements from the Norwegian Forest and Nature Agency. Catering:

There is coffee, tea, juice and various edibles after the race. We encourage runners to bring their own cup. We have a limited number of plastic cups.

Prizes:

Prizes for the winners (men and women) in the 5-10-15km distances as well as raffle prizes

Parking:

There are 3 parking spaces with approx. 300 meter intervals on Skovlystvej, the first at the intersection Ravnehusvej/Skovlystvej behind Bryggeri Skovlyst, the next at the rally itself and the last approx. 300 further up Skovlystvej.

The race's mission and history:

The race has more than 10 years behind it, and has been held 4 times a year, with a few corona cancellations. We are a grassroots race, with a mission to get trail runners, both new and experienced, out to experience the forest and create experiences in Hareskoven. We have an ambition for continuity in the race, and aim for a maximum of 100-150 participants per race. race, more runners will leave too big an imprint on the forest.

Toilet and changing room:

Unfortunately no toilets/changing facilities, as we are running in the forest, luggage storage is possible. The nearest toilet with public access is in Hareskovhallen, Månedalsstien, 3500 Værløse.
