Gathering in the parking lot of the Iiti sports lodge (Hiihtäjäntie 12, 47400 Kausala), departure at approx. 10 a.m.

The route runs along the pistes of the area 4x10km + an additional run. According to the nature of the self-help marathon,

everyone is responsible for their own maintenance. The track passes by the parking lot, so at least 3x maintenance

is possible. It should be noted that there is a Frisbee golf course along the route.

The course is lit, but there is no full certainty as to whether the lights are in use. There are 100mc rules in use, so at least three finishers are required to qualify for the list.

The organizer has not insured the participants, so everyone participates at their own risk.
