Jans ½-marathon nummer 100

Description

Come and run my 100th half-marathon with me.

There is an option for an early start at 9. No faster time than 2.30 can be recorded for an early start.

The race ends at 2pm, with the dismantling of routes and the end of common gathering.

The race will take place in northern Kolding with rounds of 7 km. https://my.raceresult.com/282503/

The route is primarily on dirt and gravel roads, in slightly hilly terrain and with 88 meters of height as a bonus.

There is a depot at the start/finish, where you also find parking, changing rooms, shower and meeting room where we meet after the race. Participating in the community after the race requires you to change clothes – running clothes from the trip are a NoGo .

There will be some food and drink, so hopefully we can enjoy ourselves.

The price is 85 kroner – no matter how far you runs. There is a nice and unconventional medal, a shower and good food both during and after the race.

You come out into a nice terrain, with both forest, lake, forest runner's house and an old railway track.

There will be the following routes to run:

Lap run a 7 km. Start at 10.

½ marathon - 3 laps. Start at 10.

Marathon – 6 laps. Start at 9.

There are max. number of participants of 100 in the race.

The race is run as a cannonball according to DHK's rules and the race is posted on Runagain and my.raceresult, where you register.

Timing is done according to your own watch, and you yourself are responsible for register your time after the race at https://my.raceresult.com/282503/

There is no return of the participation fee in case of cancellation. If the race day is cancelled, your participation will be transferred to the new day.
