A new exciting 5-day stage race in North Zealand in July 2024, which will be held for the second time. Get ready for an unforgettable experience in the breathtaking landscapes of Kongernes Nordsjælland National Park 〽👑

​Run along through the most breathtaking areas in Kongernes Nordsjælland National Park 🌳 Each stage is named after a Danish king who has had an influence on the area there run in. The stories and history of this can be read on our website and will be disseminated on the stage in question. There is a run around the Renaissance castle Kronborg and in the parforce hunting landscape in St. Dyrehave - both places are on UNESCO's world heritage list 🏰 The breathtaking hills and canal in Frederiksværkskovene around Denmark's first real industrial city must also be visited. In Tisvilde Hegn, you are allowed to run on the beautiful beach and in the beautiful forest 🌊 🌲 It ends in Gribskov, where Fruebjerg must be defeated, and where King Frederiks II's old canal runs past the west foot of Fruebjerg.

1st stage, Frederik II, one mile (1.6km) around Kronborg Castle 🏰

2nd stage, Christian IV, 10 km or 4 km in St. zoo 🦌

3rd stage, Frederik V, 8.2 km or 3.3 km in Frederiksværkskovene 🏗

4th stage, King Hans, 5.9 km or 2.7 km on Tisvilde beach and in Tisvilde Hegn 🌊\ n 5th stage, Christian V, 9 km or 3.6 km in Gribskov 🌳
