MOT Sensommerløb halvmarathon og rundeløb 5,3 km

Description

Welcome to MOT Sensommerøb 2023. "Semi trail".

The race is open to anyone interested - you do not need to be affiliated with the club.

You can choose between a half marathon and a round race (1/2/3 rounds of 5.3 km).

The route is the same for all runners and is run four times for runners who are going to run a half-marathon.

If you want to complete the route at walking pace, you can participate for free - but without meals and without medal.

The surface is forest paths, forest roads, field roads and asphalt.

The route is very varied and consists predominantly of tracks through forest, scrub and field landscape in the area along Frisvad Møllebæk by Mejls.

There are several narrow passages which are not suitable for pushchairs and baby joggers.

The route is marked with signs and mine strips.

Help each other take care of nature and make sure to take waste home or use waste bins at the depot.

There is a depot on the route at the start/stop, which is passed after each lap.

The depot contains water, juice, cola, fruit, sweets, müslibar etc.

The race is a Cannonball where you are responsible for timing yourself. Time must not be stopped along the way and the watch must not be on autostop / autopause.

If you do not have a stopwatch or mobile phone for timing, there is a stopwatch at the finish line.

Running is at your own risk. You confirm this when registering.

The race complies with the rules of the Danish Half Marathon Club and Klub 100 half marathon.

Start time at 10:00.

Briefing at 9:50.

Check in and post-registration from 9:15.

Post-registration is possible on the day of the race.

Time limit for completing the half-marathon: 3 hours.

After the race, medals will be awarded to everyone who has completed one of the running distances.

You will also receive a barbecue bag with bread and a beer or soft drink.

There will be a draw for sponsor prizes among everyone who completes a running route. When you have completed the race, you will be told if you are one of the lucky winners.

There is access to a toilet and changing room with shower at the start / finish.
