Description

The Martec ½ Marathon is organized in connection with the students' usual training in the run-up to their train with Skoleskibet Danmark, before they start the train with Skoleskibet Danmark.

The pupils have trained regularly during their stay at the school and several of the pupils want to try their hand at the ½ Marathon distance.

It is of course free if you want to run/walk the 21.1 km, but of course you do what you can :-)

Come and help give the many students a great experience and help many of them in finish in their first ½ marathon.

Each lap is only 3.54 km, which makes it easy to see and perhaps even easier to "just one more lap"

Diploma... can be printed after the race via Sportstiming.dk

\ n Medal .... for everyone who completes 1/2 Marathon

Changing rooms & toilets.... unfortunately no changing rooms, but there will be toilets right at the start/finish

Depot... . Martec provides catering for the students and Coast2Coast for other participants, i.e. there will be 2 serving zones along the way

Start and finish.... will be in the car park directly behind the fair.

The route.... which is run in a circuit around Martec Maritime School, Palmestranden and Kragholmen. The route is 3.54 km and must be run 6 times, for each round the running direction is reversed, i.e. 3 rounds each way, thereby you meet all the others along the way and can shout "Good run" "Good trip" or "You look damn good "

Timing... you yourself are responsible for having the laps counted and after that write down your time for the subsequent results list.

The time is noted on the pad located in the Coast2Coast trailer.

Max time for completion.... 3 hours and 15 minutes, but if it takes 3:20 the target portal is not taken down ;-)
