Mud Race Odense 2025 Ladies and gentlemen - are you ready for a fun challenge! Mud Race Odense is ready with mud races in several different categories!  NEW IN ODENSE - FAMILY MUD RACE 2025! Now it is also possible to take the trip through forest, field and mud with the family. The family route is 5 km. The long route is 7 km and here you can run together with your boyfriend, husband, wife, group of friends and all your colleagues! The mix race was a huge success in 2024 - so it will continue of course! Our route is a mix of natural and constructed obstacles and of course delicious mud holes! You have to crawl, climb, run and swim (wade). Smiles, squeals and a tired body are guaranteed! The obstacles are made so that anyone with a reasonable shape can handle them. Helping each other is allowed! TEAM SPIRIT ALWAYS WINS! Venue at tranehøjen 5 - Firmaidræt Odense's head office - at the DBKI center. (formerly FKS Hallen) Parking in the residential area according to general traffic rules. Feel free to ride together or take your bike. We borrow the parking lot at DLF - Højmevej - from there you can walk around and straight to the site via the path system. Follow the signs. It is possible to shower and change after the race. We recommend that you come dressed and bring as little luggage as possible! Distance: Family Run - 5 km. Adult run - 7 km. Participant requirements: When participating in the adult run, you must be 15 years old! The minimum age for the family run is 10 years. Participation is at your own risk, and Firmaidræt Odense cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by yourself or other participants. Mud Race T-Shirt OF THE YEAR This year's T-shirt is specially designed for the Mud Race. We are working on a new design! On the back there will be a slogan, which will be chosen from feedback on Facebook. The T-shirt is functional and 100% polyester. The T-shirt is NOT included in the price, but can be purchased with or after registration. Must be ordered! New T-shirts cannot be purchased on the day. There will be a sale of T-shirts from previous races on the day! What you get for your money: Lots of water, mud and obstacles! You will get timing and photo service on the route, water and a surprise drink on the way! A nice medal, fruit, a bath and of course a fantastically fun experience. The finish area is packed with music, atmosphere and food trucks! It is possible to buy beer, water, food, coffee and snacks etc. Volunteers from the association sell everything good for the palate at great prices. NOTE!
