Welcome to the Muruvik Backyard Ultra!
The race starts at Muruvik Grendhaus.
The race is mainly self-support, i.e. participants bring their own food and drink for the duration of the race.
Cold/hot water and coffee will be served.
The trail runs round trip Muruvik-Hommelvik along the idyllic Malvikstien. Flat course with good record opportunities.
Briefly explained, Backyard ultra is a race that takes place on a course of 6.7 km. The runners have one hour to get around the course and every full hour the race starts again. The winner is the one who finally lasts a round alone.
