Description
Ready to run your way through spectacular terrain? Welcome to the Lade area in Trondheim, where the coastline and the countryside merge into a challenging and unique arena for an exciting obstacle course.
Our destination is not just an ordinary place for running; it is a journey through the scenic and varied landscape of Trondheim. From exploring the coast to tackling the demanding obstacles on land, the participants will be thrown into an adventure that tests both endurance and skills.
One of the most remarkable elements of the course is the Albueskjell platform, known from NRK's major investment Norges Toughest. This unique structure adds an extra dimension to the race, and the participants must navigate through the challenging platform that will present challenges while maintaining their balance and strength.
With 30 different obstacles spread over an 8 kilometer long course, the participants will experience a true test of their physical and mental strength. The participants will encounter climbing walls, crabbing, carrying and rope climbing as some of the elements of the trail. Each obstacle will require endurance, agility and courage. But it is not only the obstacles that will put the participants to the test. The hilly terrain and a total of 120 meters in height will add extra challenges and provide a spectacular view of the Trondheimsfjord and the surroundings.
This obstacle course is more than just a physical challenge; it is a celebration of community and Trønder perseverance. We want to see as many Trøndersmil as possible when we gather in Trondheim this weekend to overcome obstacles, create memories and inspire each other to reach new heights. Are you ready to participate?
