Join us to support Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Houston! Founded in 1978, the mission of RMHC Greater Houston  is to offer a home away from home providing care, compassion, and hope to families with seriously ill children being treated in Texas Medical Center member institutions. The House provides a place to find rest and respite, activities, meals, and snacks for our families, at no cost.  In addition to our Houses, RMHC Greater Houston also has a CareMobile that goes to local communities to provide immunizations and well checks for school aged children. We serve children and families at four locations:Holcombe House - 70 BedroomsTexas Children's Hospital - 19 BedroomsChildren's Memorial Hermann Hospital - 20 BedroomsMD Anderson Children's Cancer Hospital - 2 Bedrooms 5K/10K RUN & WALK | DECEMBER 7, 2024 | SAM HOUSTON PARKCompetitive runners, fun runners and walkers, families with children, and dogs are welcome! All registered participants will receive a finisher medal, event t-shirt, and other great SWAG generously donated by our sponsors. 100% of the proceeds benefit the children and families of RMHC  Greater Houston. Up to $150,000 will be generously matched, dollar for dollar, by the Trafigura Foundation!
